Ms. Shikha Mittal is the Founder of Be.artsy, a for-profit social awareness enterprise that leverages the power of art. She saw an opportunity to make awareness programs a commercial business instead of merely charity. Be.artsy conducted programs on financial literacy, covering middle and lower economic strata, salaried people, schools and colleges. Be.artsy’s Financial Literacy programs is supported by National Stock Exchange. Shikha has built a strong reputation for awareness programmes for companies like PepsiCo India, American Express, Air India, Asian Paints, Airtel, Starwood Hotels, Tata Coffee, Franklin Templeton, Yulu Bikes, SaveLIFE Foundation and Accor group of hotels.

She is the winner of IIM Bangalore’s Alumni Achiever Award in 2019-20 for the impact category ‘Social’. She has been featured as a trailblazer in the Forbes India W-Power Trailblazers List 2019 for her pioneering work in spreading awareness of sexual harassment at the workplace, its prevention and redressal. She has also been featured in The Hindu, Business World, Outlook Money Magazine, New Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Times of India, National Herald, and India CSR portal. Shikha holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Delhi University and a postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan S P College of Communications & Management (New Delhi). She has a diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies from IIMB and a Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence practitioner.
