There is a vast difference between the two contrasting worlds of college classroom and a corporate workplace. Transitioning from one to another can prove to be quite a challenging task for most students. This webinar will focus on how students can build their own confidence and the confidence of others in them and how they can establish their personal brand before starting their careers and head towards transition to professional life.

The programme has been designed to achieve the following objectives:

- Participants will learn “real-world” skills and transfer abilities that are needed for success in college and the workplace.

Ms. Radhika Soni
Ms.Radhika Soni is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies ,RDIAS. She has also served in colleges of Kurukshetra University for couple of years. She has more than 13 years of academic experience in her account. Recently she has completed her course in personality development and Soft skills. She has published several research papers in National and International journals. Her area of research includes Human Resource Development.
Mr.Gaurav Malhotra Data Researcher (Research Associate) at S&P Global Market Intelligence and Alumni of RDIAS.Mr.GauravMalhotra is a Keen Data Research Analyst skilled in Data Research, Data Validation & Analytics across Financial Markets. He has actively undertaken various clean-up projects & proactively raised various Documentations, Bugs & Tool Enhancements so as to Eliminate Redundancies & Thereby contributed in Enhancement of Quality Data at S&P Capital IQ Platform accordingly.
