The programme has been designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • To provide valuable insights about Shaala Siddhi.
  • To bridge gap between theory and practical usage of Shaala Siddhi as a tool for school governance
  • To have hands-on-practice on MS Excel with useful data sets which further smoothens the work of Teachers and Management in managing huge data.

Who can participate?

  • Principals and Teachers of various schools in Delhi and NCR are eligible to participate.


A mix of pedagogical tools will be used such as lectures, discussions, presentations. Hands on experience will be given on MS Excel. Participants will be provided with suitable examples of data sets with the purport of using the same in schools for meeting the difficulties in handling various kinds of raw data.

Dr. Rasmita Das Swain

Presently working as Associate Professor at National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration . Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, M Phil. and Ph. D. (Psychology of Education) from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Obtained M. Ed. degree from University of Jammu. Faculty in Jammu & Kashmir Police Training Academy at Udhampur. She was a faculty in Department of Psychology, University of Jammu before joining NUEPA. Contributed research papers relating to psychology, education and organizational management; patented psychological test; presented research papers in national and international conferences; provided consultancy to various government and non-government organizations as well as acted as resource person to various distance learning centers.

Miklesh Prasad Yadav

Mr. Miklesh Yadav

Presently working as Area Chair-Finance at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, Delhi, affiliated to GGSIPU. His areas of interest are Financial Econometrics, Investment Management, International Financial Management and CSR. He has contributed acclaimed publications in reputed journals both National and International. He is continuously working as the Resource Person in the field of Research applying various statistical tools. He is also the reviewer of National and International Journals. He has organized many workshop and Faculty Development Programme on Research Methodology.
