RDIAS is organizing an MDP on “Emotional Intelligence & Social Psychology in day to day life”. Dealing with emotions in everyday life is presumably more significant to succeed, it is in this way imperative to comprehend emotions (be self-aware) and simultaneously be able to control responses (self-regulate), recognize how emotions affect our actions and the actions of others (develop social skills) and deploy such capabilities in day to day life. Efficacious emotions are incredible incentives to improvise connections, enhance trust, and construct productive and fulfilling associations with others. This MDP is designed to enable participants to use emotional intelligence in managing day to day life.
Each of us is different, and our individual characteristics including our personality traits, emotions, motivations etc. have an indispensable impact on thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Why do we confirm to group norms? What is the role of heuristics, and schemas? What is the role of Dissonance in day to day life? Hence, this MDP will also facilitate augmented learning of social psychology and its impact on day to day life.
