This conference provides a platform to explore how management excellence can become a catalyst for sustainable innovation. As a premier management institution, we recognize our responsibility not just to educate, but to inspire and empower. This theme aligns with our belief that business is not just about profit it is about purpose, people, and planet. Through this conference, we invite all participants to engage, collaborate, and co-create pathways from vision to value — for a more sustainable and resilient future.

The International Conference on ‘From Vision to Value: Driving Sustainable Innovation through Management Excellence’ provides a platform for thought-provoking keynotes, panel discussions, and paper presentations, we aim to examine:

• How future financial leaders can drive transformative change by reimagining investment strategies, integrating ESG principles, and aligning financial performance with long-term sustainable value.
• How innovation in marketing can foster inclusive, customer-centric, and eco-conscious brand strategies that resonate with modern consumers and promote responsible consumption.
• How strategic HR practices, people-first cultures, and leadership development can scale visionary ideas by empowering talent, nurturing innovation, and building resilient, future-ready organizations.
Academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit original research papers, case studies, and conceptual papers aligned with the conference theme: “From Vision to Value: Driving Sustainable Innovation through Management Excellence.” Submissions are welcome across key domains including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and General Management focusing on exploring how visionary ideas can be transformed into real-world impact through effective management practices.

ObjectiveS

With a strong focus on management excellence as a driver of sustainable innovation, the conference aims to achieve the following objectives:

    1. To examine how leaders can develop long-term, value-oriented visions that inspire innovation and accountability and are anchored in the pursuit of SDG-aligned outcomes.
    2. To explore how financial leaders can integrate ESG frameworks, redesign investment strategies, and align financial performance with the creation of long-term value that supports SDGs such as Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Responsible Consumption and Production.
    3. To highlight how marketing can serve as a catalyst for achieving SDGs by promoting inclusive growth, responsible consumption, and eco-conscious brand strategies that resonate with ethically aware consumers.
    4. To assess how people-centric HR practices, leadership development, and organizational agility can scale sustainable innovation contributing to SDGs focused on Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Reduced Inequalities.
    5. To encourage academic discourse and practical insights that align curriculum, research, and industry practices with the global call to action represented by the SDGs.

Submission

Paper Selection Process

  • Research work is to be submitted to be Research and Development Cell, RDIAS via E-mail- research@rdias.ac.in
  • The submitted research work will undergo rigorous review by the reviewers’ board. The feedback and final decision will be communicated in between 7 days from submission.
  • Participants must register for the conference upon receiving confirmation of their research work’s acceptance.

 Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentation by author(s) is for 7 – 10 minutes
  • Discussions/Questions and Answers for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Audio – Visual support to the presenters will be provided for presentation.
  • Presenters must focus on purpose of study, objectives, research methodology, analysis, and implications of study.
