The event acts as an interface between the institute and prospective HR professionals, thus gradually building upon the institute as the preferred choice for employment

The world of work is rapidly changing. As a part of the organization, Human Resource Management (HRM) must be prepared to deal with the effects of changing the world of work. For the HR people, it means understanding the implications of globalization, work-force diversity, changing skill requirements, corporate downsizing, continuous improvement initiatives, reengineering, the contingent workforce, decentralized work sites and employee involvement for which all and more have the financial implication to the organization. The pace of change is phenomenal and one can only imagine what the new world will look like.

She is an experienced HR professional and has handled diverse roles and demographics with large teams, contributed as Prevention of Sexual Harassment committee member. Madam has over 20 years of experience in Talent Engagement & Development, HRBP, Employee Engagement and Strategic HR projects. Madam is also awarded with Best Project with highest impact tenure management at Wipro Corporate. She has completed her Masters in Business Administration from Amity Business School.

Madam has over 20 years of wide expertise in Human Resource Management function with specialization in Organisation Development and HR Strategy. She has lead several HR functions driving Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Innovation in HR among many others. Madam has multi industry experience in Financial Services, Telecom, IT/ITES and Pharmaceuticals. Whilst having an India focus, Pooja’s has also lead several international HR strategic projects for the APJ and EEMEA regions and global work-streams. Madam has completed her Masters in Business Administration from ITM Group of Institutions.

Madam is professional with over 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding amongst many other functions. She has completed her Masters in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Social Service. Madam is also a gold medallist for the batch of PGDM Human Resources and is awarded with star management trainee award in the year 2015-2016 in Hero Motocorp. She has her expertise in social media, project management and change management and Internal Training.
