Academic Programme Committee, RDIAS is organizing Gyanotsav 3.0- Inter-College Management Fest for post graduate and undergraduate students (across Delhi NCR) on April 11-12, 2023. The event will be conducted in an offline mode. The objective of the competition is to provide a platform to participants to compete with each other and test their knowledge and understanding in Management areas and concepts and to help them to be industry ready. The event is free of cost for all the participants.

About the Event
- Name of event: SPY-(H)I(R)E
- Mode: Offline
- Duration: 1hour 30 Minutes
- Description: This is a competition based activity to be performed at two levels namely “Beginner” and “Advanced” level.
The details of the two levels are as follows:
Level 1 (Beginner)- This will be an elimination round wherein an individual participant will be required to solve the puzzle (based on HR terminologies) and the ones who will find maximum 10 words in a less possible time will be qualify for the next level.
Top 06 students will be shortlisted for the next level.
Judgment criteria:
Level 1 (Beginner)-
- Number of correct answers
- Timely submission
Level 2 (Advanced)-
2.1 All the finalists will be required to pick the chits wherein 3 students will get interviewer chit followed by 3 interviewee chits.
2.2 Respective teams will get 10 minutes to prepare themselves for the interviewer and interviewee rounds.
2.3 The interviewers will take a panel interview of each interviewee for 10 min one by one and will ask the situation based questions which are related to the “HR ethics”.
2.4 The interviewer team will judge the interviewee on the basis of 5 judgment criteria namely Content, Relevancy, Ethical code of conduct, Articulation of interview & Body language
2.5 Next, the interviewee team will judge the interviewer on the basis of 5 judgment criteria namely interview structure, professional code of conduct, listening skills, relevancy of questions & Effective communication.
2.6 On the basis of the judgments submitted by both the interviewer and interviewee teams, one “Best Interviewer” & one “Best Interviewee” will be declared as winners.

Level 2 (Advanced)-
- For Interviewer-
- Content, Relevancy, Ethical code of conduct, Articulation of interview & Body language
- For Interviewee-
- Interview structure, Professional code of conduct, Listening skills, Relevancy of questions & Effective communication.
- Judges/score-master: The participants will decide the winners amongst themselves
Mismatched
About the Event
1.Name of event: Mismatched
2. Duration: 2 hours
3. Description: Have you ever thought what your favourite brand would do while promoting a product completely contradictory to its current market offering? This is your chance to bring out the madness and creativity in you and create a marketing strategy for a completely bizarre product- brand combination.
Two dissimilar products will be combined and the contestants will be required to devise a strategy to market the product eg. Lizol Juice, Tinder University etc. Each contestant will pick a chit with the product combination written on it. All the contestants will be given 15 minutes to prepare a marketing pitch for the product. The marketing pitch should contain all the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).
4. General Rules and regulation:
- All the participants will pick the chits at once. Preparation time is 15 minutes.
- Each participant will get 5 minutes to pitch their product.

Block and Tackle
About the Event
- Name of event: Block and Tackle
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
- Description: “Block and Tackle” is a break from the conventional form of debating. Here, an individual needs to speak both for and against the motion. The person starts off speaking for the motion and when the moderator says “block” then he/she needs to reverse his/her motion, and “tackle” would mean to return to the original motion.
Participants will be called on stage one by one. They will be given a topic to speak on randomly. Thinking time of 2 minutes will be given to each participant.

FinStock
About the Event
1. Name of event: FinStock
2. Duration: Both Days
3. Description: FinStock- Stock Market Simulation Game will be played through Stock Gro Application in a span of two days.
Registered participants have to download the application and they will be provided with virtual budget of 10,00,000 respectively. Buying and selling of stocks will be done by the participants.
4. Rules and regulations:
- Students will be given with virtual budget of INR 10,00,000
- Students will be investing in various stocks and create portfolio
5. Result: Participants with maximum profit at end of day 2 will be declared as winners.
LAN Gaming
About the Event
Name of event: LAN Gaming
Participation: Individual
Mode: Offline
Duration: 10:00 am- 4:00 pm
Date: 12th April 2023
Plan Layout
Description: Game to be played is Valorant (DEATHMATCH FREE FOR ALL)
Computers will be provided to each participant (with up to date software and stable internet connection).
Rules:
- Players will not be allowed to bring their own laptop or device. System will be provided to the registered player.
- Players are required to bring their own wired headphone. Headphones will not be provided from the college.
Scoring System:
Deathmatch is a free-for-all game mode. The objective of this particular game mode is only to improve and warm up your skills. Players can purchase any weapon of their choice, and the first player to reach 40 kills will win the match.
The purpose of a deathmatch will be to hone your aim and focus on footsteps and crosshair placement. Players usually play a couple of deathmatches before queuing for a ranked match.
FinAuction
About the Event
- Name of event: FinAuction
- Participation: Individual
- Duration: 1 hour
- Description: There will be 2 rounds
- Preliminary Round –
Description:
In the preliminary round, there will be an online quiz via Google Forms which will have questions from the cricket world.
Execution:
- The link for Google Forms quiz will be shared with the participants on the day of the event.
- The duration for the quiz will be 20 minutes for 20 questions with 1 mark each for correct answer and no negative marking.
- Final Round (Auction Round)-
- Top 10 performers (scorer) in the preliminary round will go the final round.
- Time Allocated: 30 minutes
- General Rules and Regulations: In the final round, the participants will have to form a cricket team with the virtual budget of INR 10 Lakh. The rules for forming the team will be shared on the day of the event.
Judgment Parameters:
Credit Score and Budget Allocated
**In case of any discrepancy, the judge’s decision will be final and binding.
Result: Top three credit scorer will be declared as winners and runners-up. In case two participants will have maximum credit scores, then the winners will be decided based on minimum budget.
Brand Bingo
About the Event
1. Name of event: Brand Bingo
2. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
3. Description: “Brand Bingo” is a game of luck and bingo.
All the participants will be given a table of 5*3 boxes printed on paper. 30 brands will be displayed on the screen. Participants will be required to fill in those 5*3 boxes with different brand names randomly on their own. Next, the taglines of those 30 brands will be displayed on the screen randomly and the participants will strike off the brand name on their tickets accordingly.

Rangrez- T-Shirt Painting Competition
About the Event
1. Name of event: Rangrez- T-Shirt Painting Competition
2. Description: Life is all about using the whole box of crayons. Colors are vibrating light energies; each “color ray” produces a sound that affects matter. Do you wear this color attitude on your face and heart on your sleeve? Does your style define your personality? If so, then it’s a perfect opportunity to showcase your fashion mantra in the T-Shirt Painting competition. Turn on your colorful creative pulses and show what your style mantra is all about!
- Theme: War and humanity
- Rules and Regulations:
- Only plain white T-shirts with minimum of ‘M’ size are allowed.
- Participants shall bring their own materials like t-shirt, fabric or acrylic paints, glitters, brushes, mixing plate, pencil, pen, and eraser.
- Use of any other materials or ready-made stickers is strictly prohibited.
- Participants shall not be allowed to use any photographs for reference.
- Mobile phones or any other electronic devices shall not be allowed during the competition.
- Any sort of tracing or copying is not allowed.
- The art work should be relevant to the theme.
Case Study Competition

4. Description:
A General Management case study will be provided to all the participants 2 days in advance. All the participants will be required to present their solutions in the form of a PPT on the day of the event.
