Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies is going to organize an e-MDP on the topic “Digital Strategies for Customer Retention ” on April 10, 2021. This e-MDP is designed to hone your skills and improve your professional image. You will learn how to make perfect social media presence, boost soft skills, and identify opportunities for leveraging your personal brand in your career development.
Students and Professionals from diverse backgrounds can participate in this session
Programme would involve interactive sessions, individual and group exercises, situation-handling, and peer learning in terms of exchange of experiences.
E-certificate shall be provided to all the participants who will successfully register and fill the feedback form after the completion of workshop.
Ms. Radhika Soni is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies, RDIAS. She has also served in colleges of Kurukshetra University for couple of years. She has more than 14 years of academic experience. Recently she has completed her course in personality development and Soft skills. She has published several research papers in National and International journals. Her area of research includes Human Resource Development and Software Engineering.
