Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies is going to organize an e-MDP on the topic " Digital Strategies for Customer Retention " on December 12, 2020. In this modern age, digital marketing has changed sales dramatically. It has shifted the focus to create relationships with consumers. This Programme is specifically designed for managers who appreciate the value of knowing consumers & their retention. It also focuses on administrators working in the digital sector and social media to learn how to create a customer-oriented enterprise. Students who want to polish their skills and improve their professional image can also attend this programme.

Objectives

The programme has been designed to achieve the following objectives:
1. To hone skills of Sales executives and help in improving their professional image.
2. Understand the strategic importance of customer relationships.
3. Share Various digital marketing strategies that can aid in maintaining good
customer retention and act as the lifeline of a business.

Speaker Profile

Ms. Radhika Soni

Ms. Radhika Soni is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies  ,RDIAS.. She has also served in colleges of Kurukshetra University for  couple of years. She has more than 14 years of academic experience in her account. Recently she has completed her course in personality development and Soft skills. She has published several research papers in National and International journals. Her area of research includes Human Resource Development and software Engineering.
