The programme has been designed to achieve the following objectives:
1. To hone skills of Sales executives and help in improving their professional image.
2. Understand the strategic importance of customer relationships.
3. Share Various digital marketing strategies that can aid in maintaining good
customer retention and act as the lifeline of a business.
Students and Professionals from diverse backgrounds can participate in this session.
Programme would involve interactive sessions, individual and group exercises,situation-handling, and peer learning in terms of exchange of experiences.
Ms. Radhika Soni is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies ,RDIAS.. She has also served in colleges of Kurukshetra University for couple of years. She has more than 14 years of academic experience in her account. Recently she has completed her course in personality development and Soft skills. She has published several research papers in National and International journals. Her area of research includes Human Resource Development and software Engineering.
An E-certificate of participation will be provided to all the participants, who will register successfully and fill the feedback form after completion of the session
