Faculty Development Programme on “EFA, CFA, Conjoint Analysis and How to write a good research paper”

Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies is organizing a One Week Faculty Development Programme on “EFA, CFA, Conjoint Analysis and How to write a good research paper” from May 17-21, 2021.The objectives of this FDP will be to encourage the research orientation of keen researchers in the discipline of Management and allied areas.
Who can participate?
Academicians, Professionals, Research Scholars and Students from any discipline can participate in the FDP.
Pedagogy
A mix of pedagogical tools will be used viz. online lectures through Google Meet, discussions, presentations and practical exercises. Hands-on training will be given on suitable software. Participants will be provided with suitable research example in order to understand the analysis. All lectures will be delivered through Google Meet. The link of Google Meet will be shared with all the participants and an invitation will be sent before the start of the session. You need to mention the correct email id in registration form so that you can attend the session smoothly.

Resource Persons
Dr. Heena Thanki
Dr. Heena is a faculty member for the MBA program at the Gujarat Technological University’s Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Management and Computer Applications, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Before joining the academic and research sector, she worked at the ICICI Prudential Limited – India’s leading insurance provider. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Diploma in Export-Import Management, and has completed BBA and MBA. Her research papers are published and presented at various national and international level journals and conferences. Some of her research work has also been published in top-ranked reputed journals of globally acclaimed ranking lists, such as the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) Scopus, and Web of Science. She has also won many awards for her research works. Her research interest areas include behavioral finance, financial literacy, and interdisciplinary finance.
Dr. Shalini Aggarwal
Dr. Shalini Aggarwal, alumni of IIM Ahmedabad is an Associate Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University and has about 18 years of industry and teaching experience. She has awarded letter of appreciation for smooth conduct of the events at various instances.
She has completed two funded Research Project. One funded research project with IIM Ahmadabad is going on. She has authored 2 edited books of Taylor and Francis (one completed and one under process). Further, she has contributed towards two book chapter in Taylor and Francis book. She has presented various papers in Conference including IIM Lucknow ,IIM Bangalore , IIM Shillong and IIM Kashipur. She has published 35 papers and 5 case studies. Out of which eight papers including case studies have been published in Scopus index and ABDC listed journal.
Dr. Anil Kumar Goyal
Dr. Anil Kumar Goyal is currently working as Professor in Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi. He has more than 16 years of Academic experience. He has received Best Teacher Award for academic sessions 2017-18 and 2018-2019. He has delivered sessions in refresher course organized by UGC Human Resource Development Centre and regularly conducting guest lectures, FDP and workshops for students and academicians on financial modeling, parametric and non-parametric statistics, EFA, etc.
