Anusandhan 2024 is an annual research competition hosted by Research and Development Board, RDIAS providing a platform for researchers from National and International countries to showcase their research work in alignment with the designated theme. This competition offers participants the chance to present or demonstrate their research work/thesis/dissertation/part of PhD work that is already published or in process to a distinguished panel of experts. RDIAS extends this unique opportunity to researchers who believe their work holds significance in contributing to society, the research community, academia, and is beneficial to the audience at large. The emphasis is placed on clarity regarding the contributions the research can make and develop a supportive community of researchers.

5th International Annual Research Competition – Anusandhan 2024 will take place on June 22, 2024 (Saturday) in Hybrid mode on the theme “Emerging Trends in Research and Management: Challenges and Opportunities”

ObjectiveS

  1. To provide a platform where researchers from National and International countries can present their research work and build a network in their area of interest.
  2. To provide feedback on researchers’ current research and guidance on future research directions.
  3. To offer each researcher a fresh perspective on their work from well- known experts w.r.t their fields.
  4. To promote the development of a supportive community of researchers and a spirit of collaborative research.

Important Dates

  • Last date of Research work Submission: May 31, 2024 (Extended Abstract) (to be mailed at research@rdias.ac.in )
  • Acceptance of Research work for presentation: within one week on receiving extended abstract
  • Notification on schedule of Presentation: June 15, 2024
  • Submission of Presentation: June 05, 2024
  • Research Presentation Competition: June 22, 2024

The Research Papers/Dissertation/Thesis/Part of Ph.D. work is invited for:

Track-1 Finance and Operations

Track-2 Human Resource Management and General Management

Track-3 Marketing and AI

Track-4 Operations Management and Information Technology

Modes of Presentation

  • Presentation by author(s) is for 7 – 10 minutes
  • Discussions/Questions and Answers for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Audio – Visual support to the presenters will be provided for presentation.
  • Presenters must focus on purpose of study, objectives, research methodology, analysis, and implications of study.
  • A Google Meet link shall be shared with online participants in advance for presentation.
  • We invite you to take advantage of offline presentation of your paper/research on site and get first hand remarks and comments from the experts. We will encourage one-to-one discussion regarding the presented topic with the experts

** Please note that we do not require full paper. Only extended abstract and power point presentation will suffice the requirements of the competition.

**Please note that this research competition will not include publication of papers anywhere.

** We would like to extend an invitation for the submission of unpublished research papers for our upcoming issue of the Bi-annual Peer Reviewed Refereed Journal, Effulgence on a voluntary basis.

Format of Extended Abstract

  • Introduction (250-300 words)
  • Literature Review/ Review of Literature (750-800 words)
  • Research Methodology (250-300 words)
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion and Implications
  • References (APA Format)

**Please note that the extended abstract should not exceed more than 2500 words (excluding references).

Motivation and Recognition

The best research work 3 different tracks will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation and a cash prize of INR 11,000 and $ 200 only for International Contributors.

The Best Research work from each track will be evaluated on the basis of originality, correctness, novelty, importance, and clarity of explanation of the research, quality of presentation, query handling and contribution of research.
