Game in which the players are given a series of clues (pieces of information ) to direct them to a hidden prize.

All under graduate or post graduate students from any discipline shall be allowed to participate in the event.

Rules and Regulations:
• Participants/Teams are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
• Team Size : 4 members in each team
• Each team will be allotted a number for their identification.
• The Treasure Hunt consists of 5 clues, each one leading to the next clue. Parameters  for judgement include time (10), first cum first server (10) & number of clues (10). Each correctly solved clue carries 10 points. And final Treasure carries 30 points.
• The clues are to be found in a particular order. A team cannot skip a clue. Skipping a clue leads to disqualification of the team.
• If you found other team’s clue by any chance never tamper it. A violation of this rule could cause disqualification of your team.
• You move any object to search the clue, kindly replace it back.
• All the clues of the teams are different and located at different places but the final destination i.e. the treasure is same.
• 3 teams will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
• Judges decision will be final and would be binding on each participant.

Eligibility criteria:
All under graduate or post graduate students from any discipline shall be allowed to participate in the event.

Rules and Regulations:

  • Game: Call Of Duty Black Ops 3
  • Participation: Team Of 4
  • Participation fee: Rs. 100 per person
  • Match length will be 5 mins and match mode will be Team Death Match
  • There will be a score limit of 75 kills.
  • Incase there is an odd number of teams in a round, the team with the most kills in the previous round will be advanced to the next round automatically.
  • Two Teams will play against each other and the winning team will go to next round
  • Any use of game exploits, cheats, or any other play deemed ”unfair” by an admin may result in disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from the tournament.
  • Once the match starts, players will not be able to dispute a match on the grounds of match settings.
  • Cheating is an offence. Doing so may lead to disqualification.
  • The participants should not mishandle consoles. Any damage caused to them will be borne by the Participant(s)
  • Number of rounds depends on number of overall participants.
  • Top 3 winners will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
  • Judges decision will be final and would be binding on each participant

Rules and Regulations:
• Participants/Teams are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
• Team Size: 3-4 Members.
• DURATION: The films shall not be more than 3 (Three) minutes (180 seconds), including the beginning and end credits. Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 30 seconds including credits. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• It is a theme based activity. Themes are: Save Heritage and Plastic Free Zone. Participants shall select one theme on which the documentary has to be prepared.
• The film should have been shot / completed after 1st February 2019.
• The short films may be in their original language, but MUST be subtitled in ENGLISH. Films submitted previously to any other festival/competition will not be considered for this contest. If found later, will be disqualified for the contest/prize withheld.
• The film should NOT contain any abusive/offensive language/scene.
• 3 teams will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
• Judges decision will be final and would be a binding on each participant.

With the growing increase in wastes in our society from households to industrial wastes, we now require a very innovative approach to get rid of them. This event is to bring such ideas to students and help them think themselves on such way of reusing everyday materials that will not only reduce the waste but provide them with useful household products.

Rules and Regulations:
• Participants/Teams are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
• Team Size: 2 members
• Participants will be given 1hr. and 30min. to show their creativity. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• The required waste material like any stationary like scissor, thread, etc. should be brought by the participants.
• The material would be rejected if not found to be a waste product or second hand item.
• No ready or semi-finished matter would be accepted from participant in competition.
• No mobile or internet means would be allowed to be used at the time of competition.
• Participants will be judged on creativity, utilization of resources, artistic composition & design, Eco-friendly rating, and overall presentation.

Display your individual brilliance, be the star of the stage that’s all yours. The stage gives you the chance to flaunt your best moves and elegance. This is your chance to free yourself and express yourself best.

Eligibility criteria:
All under graduate or post graduate students from any discipline shall be allowed to participate in the event.

Rules and Regulations:
• Participants are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
• Time limit 3-4 minutes. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Participants should carry their own CD’s, Dress Material and props (if any).
• The participants are required to bring two CDs to avoid technical disturbance. Out of which they are required to submit one CD to then coordinator of the event before 09 February 2019.
• Any obscene/offensive music/song is not allowed.
• No participant can participate twice.
• Decency should be maintained as far as the choice of song, gestures, dress etc., no vulgarity or nudity should be reflected in the performances.
• Top 3 winners will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
• Strict discipline should be maintained & decision of judges will be final.

Prelims:
• In case of large number of registrations, prelims should be organized for external and internal participants, to select the best performances.

• Team Size: 5-8 members and 3 accompanists only (if any).
• Certificates and Trophies will be provided to the accompanists (if any)
• Time limit 6-8 minutes. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Students may select song from either Hindi or English language.
• Submission of the CD/ Track in advance before 09 Feb, 2019.
• College will not reimburse for any cost on costumes, transportation and also will not be providing any musical instruments, guitar, chords, orchestra etc.
• At the last moment, no member of any group can be changed or replaced. Any member of a group cannot perform for any other group.
• Vulgarity or obscenity must be avoided in action, costume and gesture of the Singing or else.
• 3 teams will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
• Judges decision will be final and would be a binding on each participant.
• Any team and/or participant found creating nuisance would be disqualified immediately.
• The organizers have right to remove, and or modify any event at any stage, if required.

As a beginner in the canvas painting world, one must accept from the very start that a set of basic rules apply here as in any other domain in order to obtain the desired end results.

Antakshri

Antakshri also known as Anthyakshari is a spoken parlor game played in India. Each contestant sings the first verse of a song that begins with the Hindustani consonant on which the previous contestant’s song selection ended.
Eligibility criteria:

All under graduate or post graduate students from any discipline shall be allowed to participate in the event.
Rules and Regulations

• Participants/Teams are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
• Team Size: 2-3 Members
• Total time of the contest will be 2 hours.
• There will be four rounds of different modes.
• 3 teams will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
• The decision of the judges will be considered final and abiding.
• In case of a tie there shall be a fifth round.

Round – 1
“Shabd jaal”
• One word would be given to each team and that team would have to sing the first two lines of songs, having the given word. The given word must come in the first four lines.
• For example if the word is “deewana”, the team can sing the following songs‐
• 1. dewwana le ker aaya hai…………………………….
• 2. deewana mujhsa nahi………………………………
• 3. tere name ka deewana ……………………………
• The team would have to sing as many such songs as possible in one minute’s time.
• If the first two lines are not sung completely, then no marks would be given.
• Different words would be given to each team.
• There would be two rounds for each team.
Marking‐
• One mark for each right song.
• No minus marking in this round.
• Duration of the round – 20 minutes

Round ‐2
“Mein hoon Kaun”
• One participant would have to come to the dais and pick one chit from a bowl containing chits bearing names of different Hindi films.
• Then the participant will have to act out the name of the movie, without saying a word or lip‐syncing or writing anything in the air. The other member of the team will have to guess the correct name of the movie with the help of the act in one minute’s time.
• After finding out the correct answer the team will have to sing a song of that movie.
• There would be two such rounds.
• Each team has to go through this one by one.
Marking –
• Ten marks for the guessing the movie’s name, right.
• Five marks for singing the right song.
• No minus marking in this round.
• Duration of the round – 20 minutes

Round ‐3
“Jodi Round”
• Each team will be passed a bowl containing some chits.
• Each chit will carry the name of some Jodi.
• One team member will be asked to tell the Jodi.
• The team has to sing a duet song of that pair within 15 seconds.
• There would be two such rounds for each team.

Marking –
• Ten marks for singing the right song.
• Duration of the round – 20 minutes.

Round ‐4
“Mein aawaz Sunu”
• This will be an audio round, based on Hindi film songs.
• The signature tune of a song will be played on the audio player for about ten seconds.
• This will be a buzzer round.
• The participants will have to recognize the song correctly and sing the mukhda of the song within 05 seconds after hitting the buzzer.
• The team which hits the buzzer first will get to sing the song.
• There would be 5 such clues.
Marking –
• Ten marks for the right answer.
• Minus five for wrong answer.
• Minus five for not singing the song in the specified time, after hitting the buzzer.
• Minus five for singing the incomplete or wrong words of mukhda.
• Duration of the round – 20 minutes

Round ‐5
“Tie Breaker Round”
• If there is a tie among the teams, a fifth round will have to be played.
• An audio clip of a song will be played for about ten seconds.
• This would be a buzzer round.
• Participants will have to identify the song and sing the mukhda of the song within 05 seconds after hitting the buzzer.
Marking –
• Ten marks for the right answer.
• Minus five for wrong answer.
• Minus five for not singing the song in the specified time, after hitting the buzzer.
• Minus five for singing the incomplete or wrong words of mukhda.
• Duration of the round – 10 minutes

• It is a team based event. Each team should have 4-5 members only.
• 5 minutes preparation time for each team will be given
• Time limit for the performing the advertisement is 2-3 minutes. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Topics would be provided on the spot.
• Participants shall be judged on the basis of spontaneity, content, and adherence to the topic, on-stage presentation, coordination and overall appeal of the advertisement.
• The caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation etc. in Advertisement.

Rules and Regulations

  • Participants are required to get themselves registered Online online(rdias.ac.in) as per schedule given in notice. There is no registration fee.
  • Photographs can be clicked from both Mobile and Digital Camera.
  • Participants are required to select one theme.only.
  • Participants shall click the photos between 10:00am – 4:00pm on the day of event and submit it to the respective faculty coordinators, sharp at 4:00pm in the allotted room in the form of pen drive, with Name, Enrollment No, Batch and College, phone number, along with the details of the camera used by the participant (Model Name or Number) .
  • The photographs shall be clicked inside the vicinity ie. RDIAS on Feb 13,2019
  • The participant should not digitally enhance or alter the photographs beyond the basic need to achieve realistic color balance, contrast and sharpness.
  • Decency should be maintained as far as the choice of photos, quality etc. is concerned. No vulgarity should be reflected in the same.
  • Participants should have to bring their own Camera, Laptop and other Equipment. None of the above equipment will be provided by the college.
  • Only the best 3 photographs have to be submitted for the exhibition, which will be displayed on 16.02.19 (RDPS, Pitampura).
  • For the above mentioned exhibition the participants have to print their respected coloured photographs in A4 size – colored white glossy sheet(Pictures which does do not fulfill the size criteria mentioned will be eliminated)
  • 3 teams will be announced as winners: First, Second and Third.
  • The decision of the judges will be considered final and abiding.

 Digital enhancements

  • Do not digitally enhance or alter photographs beyond the basics needed to achieve realistic colour balance, contrast and sharpness. Removal of sensor dust and other artifacts is acceptable but if you have digitally added anything or removed anything else do not submit the photograph. Our judges will scrutinize every photograph and if they feel it is deceptive they will disqualify it.
  • Dodging and burning is acceptable if it is done with subtlety and does not detract from reality.

You love imitating your favorite models? Now, you have the chance to be the one! Walk up the ramp with your attitude, the best designed outfits and on the best of the music. Come participate in this Razzmatazz, and you pretty girls and handsome boys can be the stars.
Eligibility criteria:

All under graduate or post graduate students from any discipline shall be allowed to participate in the event.

Rules and Regulations

  • Team Size: 08- 12 members.
  • Participants/Teams are required to get themselves registered Online (events.rdias.ac.in) and there is no registration fee for participation in any event.
  • There should be a theme for each group. Themes can be related to : Ethnic, Contemporary, Environment, Diversity, Breaking stereotype with fashion , walk towards diversity
  • Teams are required to select one theme.
  • The sequence should be strictly based on the theme.
  • Each team will be given 10 – 12 Min. Negative points for Exceeding the time limit.
  • At the last moment, no member of any group can be changed or replaced.
  • Any member of a group cannot perform for any other group.
  • Participants should carry their own dresses, materials, etc.
  • No vulgarity and nudity should be reflected in the performance.
  • Only CDs should be submitted for the music, no MP3 will be allowed
  • The teams should submit two copies of their music CDs before 09 Feb, 2019.
  • 3 teams will be announced as: First, Second and Third.
  • Participants also have a chance to win in three categories ie. Best Dressed (Male and Female); Best Walk (Male and Female) and Best Model (Male and Female)
  • Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Eligibility criteria:

Round 1: Introduction & Ramp Walk (30 minutes)
In this each participant will have 1 minute to introduce himself/herself. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Total no of participants – 22 ( 11 Girls & 11 Boys)
• Elimination – 04

Round 2: Talent Round (40 minutes)
• In this each participant will have 2 minutes to show their talent. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Total no of participants – 18 (9 Girls & 9 Boys)
• Elimination: 08
• Time limit: 2 min (Buzzer)
Round 3: Question-Answer Round (10 minutes)
• In this each participant will have 1 minute to answer the questions asked by judges. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• Total no of participants – 10 (5 Girls & 5 Boys)
Decision of the jury will be final & binding.

Prelims:
• In case of large number of registrations, prelims shall be organized for external and internal participants, to select the best performances.
• In case of external team, the participant shall mail the video showing their talent (dance, singing, acting etc.) of 2-3 minutes on the “razzmatazz2k19+mrandmsrazzmatazz@rdias.ac.in”.
• The concerned faculty shall than select the best performances on the basis of the set criteria.
• The final date of prelims shall be communicated to the participants by the concerned faculty incharge.
